I was born into a family that is passionate about real estate. My father, S. Douglas Cleare, bought, sold, and appraised real estate properties, and formed Cleare Realty Ltd over twenty years ago. As I grew to have a passion for this field, my then partner and I, bought, sold and developed residential real estate properties. Hence, helping our clients dream of home ownership a reality. Drawing inspiration from my family's drive and tenacity, I was destined to make my own way in real estate. I saw it not only as a way to make a living, but as a charter to match people and families with their perfect properties. It’s a commitment I rededicate myself to every day, and it’s my commitment to this ideal that gives me the confidence to say: I want to be your next realtor.
